Support services will continue to be provided via [email protected] until 30th June 2025 (the “Final Support Date”), during which time our support team will respond to any requests or questions that you may have in relation to your winnings.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the amazing community we’ve fostered over the years, and in true Social Tournaments fashion, we will be hosting a “Finale Tournament” from 1^st – 15^th June 2025.

In accordance with the Website Terms and Conditions, the Winner will be notified via email within forty-eight (48) hours of the completion of the Finale Tournament. Winners are required to claim their Prize within seven (7) working days following receipt of this notification, failing which the Prize shall be deemed forfeited.

Please also be informed that, in accordance with our privacy policy, any and all personal data collected over the course of the Website’s operation, including but not limited to registration information, browsing data, and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, will be permanently deleted from our systems on 31^st July 2025. If you would like to make a request concerning your personal data, please e-mail [email protected] by no later than 31st July 2025.
